Charles Barkley Slams The Undertaker And Spike Lee’s Basketball Talent-And Sparks Fun Feud
NBA legend Charles Barkley isn’t holding back-calling out both The Undertaker and Spike Lee for their basketball skills!
On a recent podcast, Barkley recalled playing basketball with WWE’s The Undertaker (Mark Calaway). “Clearly, he wasn’t that good of a player; he went to wrestling.”
Barkley joked that if The Undertaker was any good at basketball, he’d have made it to the NBA instead of wrestling.
On The Dan Patrick Show, Barkley didn’t stop at wrestlers-he also questioned Spike Lee’s basketball skills. “Spike Lee has zero athletic ability.”
Spike Lee wasn’t having it! On the same show, he defended his game. “Charles Barkley has never seen me play basketball. I was the fastest kid on my block.”
At 5’7”, Spike Lee admits he’s no NBA star, but insists he can hold his own on the court.
The banter between Barkley and Lee is all in good fun-they even starred together in a recent Capital One commercial!
In the ad, Samuel L. Jackson and Barkley take basketball shots, but Lee doesn’t-leaving Barkley’s claim untested.
With Barkley never having seen Lee play, the challenge is still on-will Spike Lee prove him wrong?
The playful feud continues. Who do you think would win in a friendly game: Barkley, The Undertaker, or Spike Lee?
