UFC 311 Fight Purse for the main and co-main eventers envisions big checks with additional revenue expected. The event is scheduled for Saturday, January 18, 2025, at the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California. The event will feature two title fights including a lightweight championship bout between Islam Makhachev and Arman Tsarukyan. The other match is a bantamweight title fight between Merab Dvalishvili and Umar Nurmagomedov.

The fighters competing in the main and co-main events of UFC 311 are expected to bag huge money in payouts. According to Sportskeeda and NY Fights, Makhachev earned guaranteed purses for his fights against Alexander Volkanovski anywhere between $1 million and $1.6 million. The total revenue of the matches was more than $4 million in total when all bonuses and pay-per-view (PPV) shares were accounted. In his last fight against Dustin Poirier in 2024, Makhachev received a guaranteed cash prize between $1 million and $1.5 million. Adding PPV shares and bonuses to it, the overall profitability amounted at least $3 million.

Lightweight title contender, Tsarukyan, in the past fights received a guaranteed purse of $158,000. A part of the amount was deducted due to his actions with fans while walking out at UFC 300. The Nevada State Athletic Commission( NSAC ) thereby withheld 20% of his purse amounting to $31,600. After talks, the Commission decided to fine him $25,000, and handed him 9 months suspension. The realmaining withheld amount was returned back.

Considering their previous fight purses, the Dagestani is likely to receive around $1 million to $1.6 million as base salary. His earnings could potentially total $4.5 million depending on how much pay-per-view sales do and bonuses. Tsarukyan, meanwhile, might get the biggest single fight payday of his career as much as $400,000 as base prize. The amount might also be higher considering he is main eventing UFC 311with bonuses and PPV shares further increasing the amount.

Lightweight King Islam Makhachev has a tough challenge in front him, as he faces Arman Tsarukyan. This is a rematch from their previous fight in April 2019, where Makhachev defeated Tsarukyan by unanimous decision.

The co-main event features a bantamweight title fight between Merab Dvalishvili and Umar Nurmagomedov.

Dvalishvili is guaranteed $500,000, with a total earning potential of $1.4 million based on bonuses as well as PPV shares. Nurmagomedov, the challenger, is set to bag $400,000 as his take-home pay.
