CM Punk Wears Jey Uso Glasses, Announces His Entry Into Men’s Royal Rumble Match

CM Punk had a candid moment on the second episode of RAW on Netflix. He was seen wearing a pair of Jey Uso glasses and “Yeeting”.

Punk kicked off today’s episode of RAW which is live from the SAP Center in San Jose, California. He made his way to the ring from the backstage area throught the gorilla. The crowd welcomed the self proclaimed “Best in the World” with a huge ovation.

As the second city savior was walking towards the ring, he took a pair of Jey glasses from a kid in the crowd. He wore them before “Yeeting” and returning them back to the kid. But that wasn’t the only funny moment featuring Punk. He tried to climb the announcers’ table and failed in his first attempt but was successfulin the second one.

After the aforementioned scene, Punk entered the ring to make an important announcement. He declared his entry in this year’s men’s Royal Rumble Match.

CM Punk references John Cena, indicates his intentions to headline WrestleMania

The Cenation leader had already announced his entry into the big match last week on RAW. Punk pointed towards the WrestleMania sign and declared his entry into the royal rumble match. He made a reference to Cena’s announcement last week.

During the promo, the Second City Savior said he sees Cena and he always has. That was a reference on how the Hollywood star headlined most of the shows ahead of Punk back then. He was then interrupted by Seth Rollins, whom he defeated in the main event of RAW last week, and Drew McIntyre. Rollins and McIntyre also announced their entry into the 30-man rumble match.

The Royal Rumble match already has big names in it. The list includes John Cena, Roman Reigns and now the Chicago native. Reigns has his eyes set on Cody Rhodes as he wants the WWE Undisputed Championship back.

If that happens, the big anticipated match between Reigns and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson would be out of the window. The Rock did not give any hint last week about the mega match either.

There are multiple directions possible for the main event of this year’s Show of Shows. With time we will get all our questions answered.
