5 WWE AEW Transfers

With two companies like WWE and AEW existing, both with great financial power, transfers are something wrestling fans are always excited about. Events like the Royal Rumble, WrestleMania, All In, All out, etc. are where we always expect someone to show up. Hence, the list below. Some of these transfers might happen, some aren’t as likely. But wrestling fans can always dream, right? Let’s take a look at 5 such transfers:

5. BAYLEY TO AEW

Ever since she was pulled out of her WrestleMania match, rumors have hit the IWC that Bayley might eventually leave WWE and finally reunite with her best friend Mercedes Mone (f.k.a Sasha Banks). Bayley coming to AEW would benefit both parties, as it would turn more eyes towards the AEW product, and Bayley will have fresh feuds and matchups. There seems to be no plans of her being in the title picture in WWE in the near future, and other non-title feuds do not seem to be of that caliber. She can tag with Mercedes Mone, and eventually have that great feud once again. She can also have great matches with the likes of Thunder Rosa, Toni Storm, etc.

4. KENNY OMEGA TO WWE

It is no secret that WWE has always wanted Omega in their Company. Who wouldn’t? Kenny Omega is one of the best wrestlers of this generation, and perhaps one of the greatest ever. His wrestling legacy is perhaps matched by only a handful. His in-ring ability is second to none, and we can always expect a great match whenever he steps inside the squared circle. Omega vs Seth Rollins, Omega vs Punk, Omega vs Roman Reigns, Omega vs Styles are easily some of the matches fans would cry for, if this transfer ever happened.

3. AJ STYLES/FINN BALOR TO AEW

This entry has two names, because these two legendary wrestlers share quite a similar history. Both Styles and Balor (Or Prince Devitt), have been Bullet Club leaders. AEW and The Bullet Club at this point go hand in hand. The potential feuds with all the history excite fans like nothing else. With the likes of Kenny Omega, The Young Bucks, Hangman Adam Page and Jay White, a bullet club rerun would be nothing short of incredible.

2. WILL OSPREAY TO WWE

This almost happened. There were always rumors of this happening, and if it weren’t for AEW, Will Ospreay at WWE would’ve been inevitable. From Paul Heyman offering him an EVOLVE contract, to Seth Rollins mentioning him on WWE Backstage, it is clear how highly everyone thinks of Ospreay as a professional wrestler. Ospreay vs Rollins, Ospreay vs Punk (Finally), Ospreay vs Roman Reigns, Ospreay vs Penta, Ospreay vs Cody, Ospreay vs Kevin Owens, the list goes on and on. There’s no doubt Will Ospreay will do wonders, if and when he jumps the ship.

1. MJF TO WWE

And securing the top spot, and most deservingly, MJF to WWE is a transfer that deep down even a few AEW fans wouldn’t mind seeing, because of the potential ground shaking moment this would create. Just imagine that no.30 royal rumble spot countdown begins, and after 10 seconds, the lights go out and that music finally hits. MJF to WWE has the potential that no other transfer does.

Maxwell Jacob Friedman has already proved he is a draw, an incredible wrestler, and do not get us started on his Mic skills. His potential feuds gives you all the shivers and goosebumps, and the incredible matches, based on both storytelling and athleticism would be second to none. MJF vs Punk 3, MJF vs Roman Reigns, MJF vs Seth Rollins, MJF vs Kevin Owens (just imagine the promo battles), MJF vs The Miz, MJF vs JOHN CENA. This is a never-ending list. This might happen someday, and when it does, we are guaranteed years of brilliant wrestling programs altogether.
