Friday Night edition of WWE SmackDown event took place on the 7th of February 2025 at the FedExForum in Memphis, Tennessee. Jey Uso and Charlotte Flair came back to the blue brand after winning their respective Royal Rumble matches.

If Pretty Deadly won this match they would get an opportunity to challenge for the tag team championships. After an entertaining match, Pretty Deadly manages to win and will soon get their opportunity for the championships.

Jimmy Uso vs. LA Knight vs. Drew McIntyre

WWE SmackDown: Drew McIntyre vs LA Knight vs Jimmy Uso

Drew McIntyre switched to SmackDown from RAW and addressed his point and talk about Royal Rumble elimination with the audience. After interrupted by Jimmy Uso and LA Knight, we saw a triple threat match between them which became the keys for the Elimination Chamber PPV challenge.

McIntyre’s suplex to LA Knights and Jimmy Uso from the top rope was the highlight of the match. The Scottish Warrior smartly converted the BFT of LA Knight on Jimmy Uso with his own finisher claymore kick to LA Knight to get the win. He thus became the third person to advance for the men’s Elimination Chamber match after John Cena and CM Punk.

Bianca Belair vs. Piper Niven

The match was a women’s Elimination Chamber qualifying match between Belair and Niven. K.O.D finisher to Niven by lifting her from the corner of the ring to the middle was an eye catching moment and highlight of the match. Belair won this match and showed the potential strength she has.

Result : Belair defeated Niven

Alexa Bliss vs Candice LeRae 

Alexa Bliss, came back to WWE after two years and appeared as a surprise entry in the Royal Rumble. On WWE SmackDown she got an opportunity to fight Candice LeRae which was a qualifying match for the Women’s Elimination Chamber. Alexa Bliss converted this match in her favor with her new finisher Sister Abigail on LeRae and qualified for the Elimination Chamber match.

5. Charlotte Flair’s Dominance Declared – Charlotte Flair addressed the fans after winning the Royal Rumble that why she is still very much dominant in the women’s division. She not only called out Tiffany Stratton but also deemed her competitors unworthy individuals.
